Xinda Supplies 200,000 High-Strength Rail Clips to Southeast Asia Metro Project

Xinda, a professional railway fastener manufacturer based in China, has completed the delivery of 200,000 units of rail clips for an ongoing metro expansion project in Southeast Asia. This shipment marks the company’s third major international order in the second quarter of 2026, reflecting steady growth in global rail infrastructure supply.
The supplied rail clips are produced in Xinda’s ISO-certified facility, featuring advanced forging, heat treatment, and anti-corrosion coating processes. Each batch underwent strict quality control tests, including load testing, salt spray corrosion resistance, and fatigue cycle testing, ensuring compliance with EN 13481 and UIC standards.
“Our rail clips are designed to maintain gauge stability, absorb dynamic loads, and reduce track maintenance frequency,” said a senior engineer at Xinda. “They are fully compatible with concrete sleepers, steel sleepers, and wooden sleepers, making them a flexible solution for urban transit systems.”
The metro project, scheduled to begin trial operations in early 2027, includes elevated and tunnel sections where rail clip performance is critical for safety and longevity. Xinda’s rail clips have been selected for their proven reliability in high-frequency and high-humidity environments.
