The four intelligent production line is to provide a new type of clip production process method by lateral heating, molding, and sorting for the defects and deficiencies in the existing technology in the clips production process by robots. The process method has the ability to produce common types of clips at home and abroad, and is characterized by high safety coefficient, good quality stability, high production efficiency, and other aspects in production. The automatic loading machine adopts transverse heating and loading, which has the advantages of one-time heating of a large number of workpieces, uniform heating of raw materials and fast heating speed.
