The main products include spray tie plate, spray baffles, spray spiral sleeve spikes, spray elastic clips, spray joint clamps, various protections and various rail connector anti-corrosion products.
Electrostatic powder spraying equipment is used to spray powder coating on the surface of the workpiece. Under the action of static electricity, the powder will be evenly adsorbed on the surface of the workpiece to form a powder coating; the powder coating is leveled and solidified after high-temperature baking to become a final coating with different effects; the spraying effect is in mechanical strength, adhesion, corrosion resistance, aging resistance, etc. The characteristics of electrostatic spraying are general epoxy resin coatings with a thickness of 40um-200um, and the thickness can be determined according to user needs. The neutral salt spray test is a 120-300 hour neutral salt spray test, and there is no visual rust; the color can be customized, the surface is beautiful, and the packaging is isolated from each other with soft packaging cushioning materials such as foam paper and bubble film to prevent scratches and wear (can be packaged according to customer requirements). The main purpose of the company’s current spray painting is to increase the gloss of the product. It is used for the outermost layer of the coating. First, it is protective to extend the life of the workpiece. Second, it is decorative to achieve a pleasant appearance. Third, it is for special purposes to achieve special performance. Such as: sound insulation, heat insulation, fire prevention, etc.
