There are three zinc-infiltration furnaces and a full set of pre- and post-treatment equipment, with an annual production capacity of 9,000 tons. The main products are zinc-infiltration clips, zinc-infiltration baffles, zinc-infiltration spikes, zinc-infiltration nuts, zinc-infiltration flat washers, etc. It is mainly used in areas with severe acid rain corrosion or coastal areas.
The vacuum powder zinc infiltration rust preventition technology is to place the zinc-infiltration agent and steel parts in the zinc-infiltration furnace, heat them to about 470°C, and the active zinc atoms penetrate into the steel parts from the surface to the inside. At the same time, the iron atoms diffuse from the inside to the outside, which forms zinc-iron metal compounds on the surface of the steel parts, namely the zinc-infiltration layer. This technology is suitable for corrosion protection of clips, various bolts and Guage baffle. The main features are that the thickness of the compound layer of the powder zinc-infiltration anti-corrosion product is ≥50um; the micro-Vickers hardness of the compound layer is 350-650HV; there is no visual rust after more than 300-600 hours of neutral salt spray test; the bolt spike bending test is 45° without breaking; the appearance surface is general, not afraid of scratches, and the packaging is simple. A sealing layer can be added to the product according to customer needs to improve the product's gloss, protection, and installation properties to achieve a beautiful and pleasant appearance.
