There is one 2×550/3×350 steel production line and five 160-ton presses. The main products include Guage baffle, hot-rolled iron pad steel, fishplate steel, reinforcement plates, large flat steel, rail clamps, etc., with an annual production capacity of 80,000 tons of steel and 24 million Guage baffle.
The production line uses continuous casting billets produced by large steel plants such as Angang or Handan Iron and Steel. From the inspection of billets entering the factory to the final product leaving the factory after fine rolling, it is strictly controlled through 84 processes. For many years, the Guage baffle by the company have been rated as famous brands in Henan Province. The company is one of the first companies to develop hot-rolled iron pad production line projects. At present, the company’s rolled products have been tested for appearance, size, mechanical properties, and chemical composition, and the hot-rolled iron pads fully meet the American standard.
